Delivery Charges in the UK:
First Class Royal Mail for parcels weighing up to 500grs - £3.36 (1 to 2 working days)
Special Delivery Royal Mail for parcels weighing up to 2Kgs - £10.20 (guaranteed next day delivery by 13.00)
Standard Delivery in the UK via Courier - £4.00 (3 to 5 working days)
Express delivery in the UK via Courier - £7.80 (1 to 2 working days)
Next day delivery in the UK via Courier - £10.20 (guaranteed next day delivery between 09.00 and 17.00)

Delivery to Overseas:
Delivery to Overseas is made by Tracked Courier to ensure your package reaches you on time and it requires a signature on delivery.
The prices below are for all packages under 3.5kgs. If your parcel weighs more we will contact you before shipping to advise you of any surcharge.

Free Collection from our Offices:
If you would like to collect your package from us, please order online and select the shipping option "Collection", then contact us on 020 77064423 beforehand to ensure your order is ready for collection.
Our office is located in West London, 5 minutes walk from Queensway/Bayswater underground station.
Returns Policy:
If you are not completely happy with the goods you bought from us, please return them within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please note that items must be intact and in their original packaging. We are sorry but we cannot refund P&P or returns postage.
Faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods must reach us within 14 days from the date received by the customer and in their original shipping packaging. We cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged goods (your statutory rights are not affected)
You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse and we strongly recommend that you ask for proof of posting or use Royal Mail “recorded or special delivery” service.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of any edible items or pre-filled balloon bouquets.
All orders are subject to availability and are carefully checked prior to dispatch.
Please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed once they reach us.
Edible Items:
Please note that edible items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
These products may contain traces of nuts and are not gluten, soya or dairy free unless otherwise specified.
Toys and Balloons:
All the toys on our online shop comply with the European Toy Safety Regulations and bear the CE mark and age guides as appropriate.
Children under the age of 8 should not be left unsupervised when using balloons and these should only be inflated by an adult.
