The term ‘The Party Supplies’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 10 Porchester Terrace, London W2 3TL.

Our company registration number is 7637376, registered in England and Wales.  The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.


The use of this website is subject to the following terms:

2. The Purchase and The Contract

You select the products you are interested in purchasing and are guided through our checkout process. By pressing the confirm order button at the end of this checkout process an order is placed and an acknowledgement email is sent to inform you that we have received your order. Once your order is shipped we will then send you another email with confirmation of shipment and provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your parcel online. At this point your order has been accepted and a contract between The Party Supplies and "you" the client is formed. We reserve the right to cancel an order should there be any issues with regards to stock levels, inability to obtain authorisation for your payment, identification of a pricing or product description error.

3. The Prices 

The prices on the website include VAT at the current rate of 20%. All payments are made in GBP (British Pound Sterling). The Party Supplies reserves the right to adjust the price or description of a product on the Website at its discretion and at any time, and to withdraw any product from the Website at any time, whether an order exists or not for that product. 

4. Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely happy with the goods you bought from us, please return then within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please note that items must be intact and in their original packaging. We are sorry but we cannot refund P&P or returns postage.
Faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods must reach us within 14 days from the date received by the client and in their original shipping packaging. We cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged goods (your statutory rights are not affected).
You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse and we strongly recommend that you ask for proof of posting or use Royal Mail "Recorded or Special Delivery" service.
We do advise you to check goods upon arrival. If you refuse delivery, please notify our customer service team immediately.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of any edible items or pre-filled balloon bouquets.
All orders are subject to availability and we make every effort not to list a product that is out of stock. However, in the event of a product being out of stock, we will inform you of such and will refund you the money paid for that product. All orders are carefully checked prior to dispatch.
Please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed once they reach us. 

5. Liability

The Party Supplies shall not be liable in any way for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the delivery of goods being delayed or prevented or for any other reason beyond our control or the acts of any third parties.
Goods are dispatched on the same day if the order is placed before 12.00. Orders placed after 12.00 will not be dispatched until the following working day. Next Day Delivery by either Royal Mail or Courier means next working day after disptaching the goods.Working days are days other than weekends and public holidays.
If Next Day delivery is not delivered the next working day (by 13.00 with Royal Mail and between 09.00 to 17.00 with courier) following dispatch, you will be entitled to a full refund unless we were unable to deliver the item because there was no-one to sign for your item or the delivery address is in an area of the UK where Royal Mail/Courier does not guarantee next day delivery.
Furthermore and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, The Party Supplies excludes liability for any claims, losses, demands or damages of any kind including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever whether arising from loss of data, loss of profits or loss of revenue in connection with the use of this website.
