  1. Question: If I place my order today is it still shipped today?
  2. Answer: If you place an order before 12.00 Monday to Friday it will still be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12.00 are only shipped the following day

  3. Question: Can you deliver on the same day if we live local?
  4. Answer: Yes, we can deliver in person on the same day we receive your order if you live within the London area and provided we receive your order before 14.00

  5. Question: Can we order bouquet balloons and have them delivered to our chosen venue?
  6. Answer: We can prepare bouquet balloons pre filled with helium but you will have to collect these from us as we do not currently offer delivery

  7. Question: Can we pick up the order from you?
  8. Answer: Of course, just give us a call to arrange a collection time so that we have your order ready by the time you arrive as we do not have a shop where you can walk in and buy the products
